Why is a Condo Perfect for You?

Buying a home is definitely one of the hardest decisions that we will ever make in our life. Considering the comfort that we will get and the time that we will spend in our precious nook, many people still wonder if it is a good decision to buy a condominium. Many opinions would surely sprout in the world wide web when you search for condos. Some would say that a condo is not a good investment. But for a practical person, thinking about a condominium as an investment is like thinking of selling the place that you are staying in right now – the place where you dwell and snug and find comfort.

However, there will always be some considerations for you to think of if you would really like to buy a condominium. We are pretty sure that we all want to make our money’s worth its value. Opting for a condo instead of a house will only be a good idea if you are:

  1. Independent. Condominiums are made for people who are pro-active and independent. We would not say that housing a family in a condo is illogical. But the point is, a condominium is a small private space intended for a small number of people. A condo can also work for you if you are newlyweds and you want to enjoy your times as couples first before creating a bigger family.
  2. A city-lover. Most condominiums are built in the heart of the city. The reason for such is for the people who live in the private luxurious place to enjoy the different establishments that you can only find in cities. Condominiums are rightfully built to be near restaurants, shopping malls, parks and other areas where people would definitely enjoy.
  3. A busy person. Owning a house doesn’t only mean that you have a place to stay in. More often than not, owning a house means having more responsibilities – maintaining the interiors and exteriors of your place, keeping the grasses and plants healthy, and other things that a busy person couldn’t really find time to attend to. If you are the type of person who doesn’t have the time to bother for things that I have mentioned, then owning a condo is perfect for you. Developers ask for condominium owners a certain fee called maintenance fee for your lawns to be mowed, windows to be cleaned, etc. Furthermore, this kind of private abode requires little or no responsibility for outdoor maintenance. Many condominium developers hire professional landscapers to maintain the exterior of the building.
  4. A practical person. Yes, you have read this right. Condominium owners are practical people. Instead of renting a small apartment, opting for a flat is a better move. In addition to that, the number of people who realize that their house is too big for them is getting relatively high. Downsizing into condominiums is a good move.
  5. A newbie. If you are a first time real estate buyer, we would recommend that you try first to live in a condo. Why? Sometimes, purchasing a house can be too overwhelming. The fees and the maintenance were way difficult to juggle than what you have expected. Living in a condo can be a preparation for you before you buy your own house.

Here are some of the condos that we have in our listing:

This is our condominium in Newport Lofts

And this one is in One Queensridge Place.

Owning your own condominium is a big decision. However, you will feel safer and more secured if you know that you have the best real estate agents with you.
