Ascaya Gains Momentum in Las Vegas Luxury Real Estate




Ascaya's sales office opened a couple months ago. Shapiro & Sher Group was tasked to handle the sales office of this ultra-luxury real estate. Reservation for the lots cost $50,000, each lot cost around $1,000,000.

VEGAS Magazine, one of the most prestigious magazine in Las Vegas, featured Ascaya's grand opening event and an interview with Ivan Sher in their December 1 issue.

Ivan Sher, of Shapiro and Sher group, said that almost 400 people have already paid their reservation fee. He further states that for $1,000,000, homeowners can have a custom-home lot with a remarkable view of Las Vegas Strip, hills and mountains. An extraordinary view that is going to be a part of their day-to-day life.

The celebration was held in the Ascaya's multimillion-dollar sales centre in Ascaya's upper lot. It featured the models from Saks Fifth Avenue in their latest fashion, and cars from Towbin Bentley.

Ascaya is an ultra-luxury development project by Hong Kong Billionaire Henry Cheng. It is situated 1000 feet above the valley but just a few minutes away from the strip. Over 313 lots have already been prepared and is ready for settlement.

A few days ago, one of the prominent online news website reviewjournal.com in Las Vegas ran an article about luxury homes in Las Vegas that featured the luxury kitchen designs of luxury homes sold by Shapiro & Sher Group.
