• New Community by The Discovery Land Company

A new 555-acre community in the west of the Siena (age-restricted community) and the south of The Ridges will be developed by The Discovery Land Company joint venture. This will include more than two hundred sites for million-dollar custom Summerlin luxury homes and amenities such as spa, fitness facility and a Tom Fazio-designed, 18-hole golf course with a clubhouse. These will cater to CEOs and well-off clients.

The Paseos, the community located at the west of The Vistas, offers new home designs with strong and active lifestyle features.
